Design Plan Implementation
Following final review with client of budget, concept plans and any necessary revisions, the design plan will move into the Implementation phase.

Prepare cost estimates for all items purchased with Holly Horchover Design (HHD)

Write product and material specifications as per selections made by client

Procurement of fabrics for upholstery, window treatments, bedding, etc

Obtain plumbing & lighting fixtures

Scheduling of work and preliminary project meetings with contractors overseen by HHD

Throughout work of Implementation phase, track, over see and expedite all aspects of project elements supervised by HHD
